Home away from home in Emile Zola St. Tel-Aviv

Just wanted to say thank you for all your kind attention during my stay in Israel. It was most unexpected to come across someone with as much care as you were showing as an agent -  above and beyond the call of duty - and the flat you found me in Emile Zola was really great - a home from home. Look forward to staying there again on my return.

Thank you so much for making my stay in Tel Aviv so lovely, and easy. The apartment on Dizengoff was beautiful and had everything I needed to feel it was a home away from home. The apartment was beautiful, immaculately clean and well stocked. And thanks for the map of Tel Aviv and your help with everything.

Your attention to detail and being available to me for any questions I had was great. I really felt well-taken care of and had a wonderful time. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Unique Projects from the handling of the contract to the communications. I had spoken to a number of potential rental operations and individuals before I found your company, but you were the most professional of anyone I'd spoken to, as well as the most pleasant. You made the process easy and worry-free.

I will be happy to recommend you to any friends I have who are planning visits to Israel. And I hope to be able to call you sometime soon in the future for my next trip.

Rena made our stay a real, genuine pleasure and delight

Having visited Israel for the past 49 years and rented numerous apartments, I found Rena to be a most professional person and real estate agent. She is very well organized, takes pride in what she does, is hard working and very conscientious. The Mazeh apartment that my Israeli wife and I rented from her was very impressive. It was clean (a major requirement of my wife), updated with excellent taste from a renovation perspective and contained nice furniture, lighting and good appliances. It even had a welcome food platter for us when we arrived! It also had some basic grocery and other sundry items in the lavatory that helped us until we had the opportunity to do our shopping the next day. Everything was in good working condition, the furniture was modern and up to date and most importantly, since both myself and my wife are tall, the bed was comfortable, allowing us to enjoy many a good night’s sleep. In short, Rena made our stay a real, genuine pleasure and delight. We already have referred friend of ours to her and plan on speaking again with her when we take our next trip to Israel.

Over the past for months I was fortunate to have been able to stay at one of Rena's "Unique Projects". Even from before the time I entered "My humble abode" in Liberman St Tel Aviv, I was given above and beyond the regular service one should get. Apart from this special treatment, the place itself was like heaven to live in it not only had everything that I could possibly need i.e. Internet, Cable TV and Laundry (Just to name a few), but it was also conveniently located, which made it easy for me to get around.

I would highly recommend staying at this place or at any of one of Rena's Unique Projects, as she and the projects truly are unique and one of a kind.

A letter from LA
I had the pleasure of renting a 3 bedroom apartment in Tel Aviv on Ben Yehuda and Ben Gurion for 6 months from Unique Projects and I couldn't have been more pleased. Location is crucial and Rena is a true professional who found my match for me with a place to call home 1 block away from the Tel Aviv beach and 1 block away from my Ulpan. As an American, I am accustomed to a specific lifestyle. Rena showed me only newly rennovated apartments with brand new appliances and beautiful furnishings. Another great thing about Unique Projects is that anytime I had a problem with anything in the home, whether it be a plumbing problem or internet problem, Rena was one phone call away and the problem was fixed immediately. I recommend Rena and Unique Projects to  everyone who is visiting Israel and needs a place to call home. Not only will you find a perfect apartment that suits all your needs, not only will you get amazing customer service but you will find a friend in Rena who will guide you during your time in Israel. Rena I love you, you are truly great at what you do and you have  a heart of gold. Thank you for being a friend to me during my stay in Israel.
