After spending about two years totally refurbishing our small house near the Yarkon Park in North Tel Aviv we decided to offer our management skills (and supplier know-how) to other Tel Aviv property owners. Enter Unique Projects!
We don't pretend to have all the answers. But we certainly know how to ask the right questions. Plus we know exactly what it's like to be an absentee property owner. So we try to do for others what we'd love for others for do for us. That's not a bad rule.
